📦 SAVIOR HEAT Shipping Policy — United Kingdom

SAVIOR HEAT has warehouse fulfillment centers for all orders in the US (East & West), Canada, UK, Spain, Poland, and Russia.
Once your order is complete, it will take 1–2 business days to process and prepare for shipment.
If your nearest center is out of stock, we will ship from the closest major distribution center or from our headquarters in China.

Please note that shipping time depends on your location. Your order will typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the shipping option and location.

We are temporarily unable to deliver to the following countries and regions:
Ukraine, Armenia, Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Hungary, North Macedonia, Turkey, San Marino, Serbia, Åland Islands, Andorra, Moldova, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Guernsey, Greenland, Georgia, Vatican City, Faroe Islands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jersey, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Belarus, Gibraltar, Kosovo, Albania, Isle of Man, Mayotte, Malta, Montenegro.

📍 Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated.
You can track your order at your country’s postal website or via 17track.net.

🏡 Wrong Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
Please contact us immediately if you believe there’s an error in your shipping information.

📦 Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please report it to the shipping carrier directly.

💰 Tax & Import Duties

Sales tax is not included in the prices on our website.
For orders outside of the United States, we cover customs and import duties up to $2,500.
If you’re asked to pay duties, please contact our Customer Care team with proof of payment for a refund.
