FAQs

How do I choose my size?

Measure around the circumference of the widest part of your palm (excluding the thumb), then refer to our size chart to select your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest selecting the larger option.

Are these heated gloves suitable for outdoor activities?

Yes. These gloves are made for cold-weather activities like skiing, snowboarding, cycling, motorcycling, hunting, hiking, dog walking, and outdoor work.If your hands get cold easily in winter, they’re a great choice for keeping warm, comfortable, and prepared for whatever the day brings.

How long will the heated glove battery last?

A fully charged heated glove battery usually provides 2–8+ hours depending on your selected setting: about 2–3 hours on high, 4–5 hours on medium, and 6–10 hours on low.

How to use the gloves correctly?

Step 1: Charge the Battery — Fully charge the battery before first use.Step 2: Insert the Battery — Attach the battery to the connector inside the battery pocket.Step 3: Turn On the Gloves — Press the power button to switch on the gloves and adjust the temperature.Step 4: Turn Off the Gloves — Press the power button until the indicator light switches off.Note: If the gloves will not be used for a long time, please remove the batteries from the gloves.

How should I look after my heated gloves?

For better safety, hand washing is recommended, and the battery should be removed before cleaning. If machine washing becomes necessary, put the gloves inside a wash bag. For more detailed cleaning instructions, refer to How to Wash Heated Gloves.
